Development area was sold in Nyíregyháza by the NIPÜF

NIPÜF has concluded a large-scale land sale transaction in Northeast Hungary’s most dynamically developing county seat. The company’s industrial park in Nyíregyháza is 49,5 acres large. The location’s attractiveness is influenced by many factors, besides it’s advantageous location: The M3 highway is a few minutes away from the location and the international airport of Debrecen is an hour away from it.

The Révész Group which is one of Hungary’s and Europe’s most influential logistical group wants to expand its capacities which is the reason for building its new industrial unit on the west side of the highway’s bypass. The company’s new facility will strengthen its servicing of national and international partners. The design process will start in 2022 after the local infrastructure has been built. The closeness of the highway grants strategical advantages and it’s because of this why the Révész Group plans more expansions in the park.
